Enrollment and choice
Enroll at sedatainsights.com/marketing.html#sms-opt-in by entering a valid US mobile number, checking the separate consent box and submitting the form. Use a number you are authorized to enroll. The checkbox is unchecked by default. A successful form response confirms your registration has been recorded.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting a research inquiry. Public research is available without SMS enrollment. Providing an optional email does not authorize email marketing. YES is a request for a brief from an existing subscriber, not initial marketing consent.
Opting out
When text delivery starts, reply STOP to a program message to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT are also supported opt-out instructions. You may request withdrawal at any time through our contact form, email or business phone. We retain a suppression record to honor the request and cancel pending promotional messages.

Re-enrollment after withdrawal
To request re-enrollment, submit the registration form again with new affirmative consent and contact us to complete the request. Resubmitting records your request and does not automatically remove an earlier opt-out or carrier block. When the messaging service is available, support will explain any required provider-supported START or UNSTOP step for the program's sending number. We must confirm renewed consent and completion of the applicable unblocking steps before reactivating messages. YES alone does not re-enroll you.
Research and message availability
Announcements concern genuine published briefs. A reply requesting a brief will relate to the most recent relevant announcement; if the request is unclear, we will ask which brief you want. Brief links use sedatainsights.com. Research is general information, not personalized investment recommendations. Historical patterns and forecasts do not guarantee results.
Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your contact information current and let us know if you stop using an enrolled number.
Privacy and changes
